General Information
Delivery
Standard production is 5-10 working days after an art approval. We are well known for even faster delivery, but call for plant confirmation so we can help you.
- STOCK IMPORTS are 5-10 working days
- CUSTOM IMPORT - 90 days, by sea.
Spec Samples
Spec samples are available, charged at first quantity price, plus stamping die, and a set up charge of $16.00 to $100.00 depending on the item. 50% of total credited if order follows.
Custom Or Pre-production Samples
Price will be advised at time of original quotation. These are made in our design department and production time varies so timing subject to confirmation.
Less Than Minimum Quantities
Since Trevelyan Ltd. makes all merchandise to order, we must charge extra for small orders. No fewer than 50% of listed minimums will be considered. With no imprint $60.00 (g) with imprint $120.00 (g).
Overruns & Under Runs
Trevelyan Limited. cuts some overage on all orders to allow for spoil or waste. When spoilage occurs, under runs may result (to a maximum of 5%). However, we will ship and invoice any overages on all orders also to maximum of 5%. If exact quantities required - $60.00 (g).
Shipping Drop/Split Shipments
Labels provided - $8.00 (g). Labels not provided - $12.00 (g)/per location/per release/+ all freight & insurance.
Individual Mailings
(Available if labels provided) Per location $2.50 (g) (mail, postage, shipping charges extra).
Shipping Method
UPS, Purolator, FedEx or alternate of our choice to best meet your requirements, unless otherwise requested. First consideration is speed and reliability, not cost. Pallets, if required $50.00 (g) plus freight. For postal shipments add $20.00 (g) handling fee per shipment.
Shipping Liability
Trevelyan Limited is responsible for the shipping date on all orders, but assumes no liability for on time delivery thereafter. If the customer has not specified the carrier to use, we will select the one and method most likely to meet the dates required. However, on pick-up, the customer assumes all further liability.
Product Liability
Trevelyan guarantees the manufacturing quality of our products - UNCONDITIONALLY. Any errors, or faults must be reported within 2 days of receipt, and Trevelyan Limited reserves the right to have goods returned for correction or to be remade only if unacceptable goods are returned with approved R/A number. Goods kept and used will be deemed as acceptable and cannot be credited.
Insertions
We will insert supplied pens, pads, calculators, etc, at $0.35 (g) each or on special quotation.
Shipping Damage
For damaged or missing goods as a result of shipping, please call our office and we’ll arrange for the courier to visit you or goods to facilitate a credit.
Return Request
If reason for return, must be reported within 2 days after receipt and then must be returned within 10 days thereafter. A R/A authorization MUST be given by our offices, or goods will not be received.
Cancellations
All costs incurred up to time of cancellation will be charged. Partly made goods will be shipped ONLY if requested.
CHANGES TO ORDER - All phone orders or any changes to an original order must be confirmed in writing by letter, fax, or email.

Important General Information
Trevelyan Limited changes patterns and construction in order to improve items on a regular basis and reserves the right to do so. In addition, colour and finishes can vary from lot to lot in both leathers and vinyl. Trevelyan Limited cannot guarantee and exact match to previous orders. If a match is required on any reorder, please specify and forward a sample of the previous order for comparison assessment.
Prices are effective February 1, 2010. Due to the current volatility in the World Leather and Money Markets, Trevelyan must reserve the right to alter prices upon receipt of an order. We have VERY seldom had to do this, but would confirm any changes to any purchase priot to proceeding with any order
Classification "A"
All orders are subject to approval by Trevelyan Limited, who reserves the right to refuse any order at any time. Orders are subject to availability of materials and component parts. Trevelyan Limited shall not be liable for inability to ship any order(s) due to material or part shortages.
Trevelyan does not offer for resale any product displayed with the corporate logo that is shown. These are illustrated merely as examples of our imprinting capabilities and use logos ordered by the owner of that logo through one of our accredited distributors.
